Breakfast Roster

Roster: A list of players on a team.

All Breakfast Roster items are served with coffee, tea, milk, or soft drink.

Served with home fries or baked beans, & toast.

(Power Play: an attack by a team at full strength against a team playing one or two men short.)

2 eggs any style, with your choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, home fries pr baked beans, and toast.

(Two-on-two: a t ype of break with two attacking players skating against two defensive players.)

2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausages, home fries, and toast.

(Enforcer: Also called the Policeman; is usually the most penalized player on a team. He has the job of protecting his teammates from harm.)

3 eggs any style, 5 strips of bacon, or sausage, home fries, and 3 slices of toast.

(Get the jump: To move fast and thereby get a good start on the opponents.)

2 English muffin halves topped with sliced ham or back bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Served with home fries.

(Power Play: an attack by a team at full strength against a team playing one or two men short.)

(Empty-net goal: a goal scored against a team that has pulled the goalie.)

Mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, 1 hard boiled egg, and cold smoked salmon with choice of dressing. Served with toast.

(Flip shot: A shot in which the player cups the puck in his stick, then flips it towards the net.)

3 pancakes, 3 slices of bacon or 3 sausages.

(Flip pass: A pass by a player to a teammate that lifts the puck from the ice and though the air.)

(Hat trick: Three or more goals scored by a player in one game)

3 slices of of French toast, 3 slices of bacon or 3 sausages.

(Neutral zone: The area between the two blue lines.)

(Two-on-one: A type of break with two attacking players skating against one defensive player.)

2 eggs. Choice of Western, Ham, Mushroom, Cheddar cheese, or Veggie. Served with home fries or baked beans, and toast.

(Three-on-one: A type of break with three attacking players skating against one defenseman.)

3 eggs. Choice of Western, Ham, Mushroom, Cheddar cheese, or Veggie. Served with home fries or baked beans, and toast.

(Full strength: When a team has its full complement of 6 players on the ice.)

A 6oz. Sirloin Steak grilled to your liking, 2 eggs any style, served with home fries or baked beans, and toast.

(Scramble: Several players from both sides close together battling for posession of the puck.)

Eggs scrambled with smoked salmon, with home fries or baked beans, and toast.

(Defensive line: Consists of two defensemen.)

Fresh seasonal fruit, topped with yogurt and granola.

Attacking Zone: Area between the opponents blue line and their goal.

All attacking zone items are served with coffee or tea.

Scrambled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and cheeses. Served with home fries or baked beans.

Cream cheese, cucumber, and bacon on a bagel of your choice.

Bacon and cheddar cheese melted in a bagel of your choice. Served with home fries or baked beans.

French toast, fruit salad, 2 eggs, 1 slice of ham, and tomatoes.

Cheddar cheese, 1 fried egg and ham on a bagel of your choice.

Assist: The pass or passes which immediately precede a goal; maximum of two assists are credited for one goal.

solo

Solo: A rush by a player without assistance from a teammate.
